DESCRIPTION
Sweethome or Sweet Home Farm Wedding Venue in Eston, KwaZulu-Natal, is nestled in a picturesque valley next to our farm dam in KZN Midlands. Sweethome offers our brides and grooms an exclusive and elegant wedding in the KZN countryside. The venue sits right on the water’s edge and is surrounded by landscaped gardens, lawns and water features. Rolling fields of waving green sugarcane complete the rural scenery.
Sweethome is situated in the heart of Eston , KwaZulu Natal. We are a mere 35 minutes from Pietermaritzburg and 45 minutes from Durban which makes our venue easily accessible and convenient.

RECEPTION HALL
The venue seats 200 guests and includes the following: Natural wooden top guest tables for 200, bridal table, cake table, gift table, DJ table, 150 White Wimbledon chairs or 200 Ancona chairs with white chair covers.
We have a dedicated buffet area which can be closed off if the meal is to be served to the guests.This area can also be used for dessert buffets, sweetie bars, coffee & tea stations and provides an ideal area to set up photo booths.
We have built a room specifically for children with couches, a TV and DVD player, a changing table (for those with babies), and a microwave. We offer baby-sitters by arrangement at the expense of the client.
CHAPEL
Our brand new Chapel sits on the edge of our dam offering amazing views out over the water and with the open sides the vistas through he gardens are spectacular. The chapel can seat 200 guests comfortably. The chapel is accessible by vehicle for convenient drop offs and pick ups and is linked tot he venue by a paved walkway.
As an alternative, Our garden wedding area at the dam is situated alongside the chapel , and is surrounded by immaculate manicured lawns and gardens.
ACCOMMODATION
Hay-fields House: is a 10 sleeper, self catering Guest house, conveniently located on our farm, which is ideal for accommodating the bridal party or family members attending your wedding. Hay-fields House offers weekend packages to cater for all your needs.
Sweethome Lodge: is our new accommodation available for our wedding guests. Conveniently situated on our neighboring property, with breath taking panoramic views over the surrounding farm lands. Sweethome Lodge is comprised of 10 self-catering rooms.
