The Ceremony
Our outdoor ceremony facilities allow you to make the beauty of nature an integral part of your special day.

The lodge offer a variety of option when planning the ceremony.

The patio: Overlooking the water hole with the bushveld and Waterberg forming the backdrop. The gazebo is set-up on the edge of the patio with guest looking out towards the water hole while the animals roam and come to quench there thrust.
The bush: Our natural bushveld offers many hidden treasures. Set-up for the ceremony can be done in the bushveld situated only a couple of meters from the main lodge. Guest will anticipate the arrival of the bride as she emerges from the bush.
The conference room: This room is perfect for couples who require a more formal setting. The conference room can be transformed into a formal chapel setting.

The Reception
We can accommodate different sized receptions with a minimum of 50 guests and up to a maximum of 120 guests with a dance floor.

The thatched roof restaurant is ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers. It overlooks a lovely water hole where animals roam, surrounded by mountains and the bushveld, making it one of the most desired wedding venues in the bushveld.
The Boma is ideal should you like a reception under the African sky. This open air venue creates a wonderful atmosphere with a boma fire that will burn far into the night. With the fire place in the centre of the boma, this creates a unique set-up. Also available in the boma is a buffet area.

The package does not include any décor and the client is responsible to provide this themselves.

Our wedding packages can be tailored to suit each individual`s need and our staff will assist you to make your dreams come true.

Beverage & Bar Facilities

Pre-drinks & Snacks: Guest can enjoy a sun downer on the patio that overlooks the water hole while the newlywed couple capture this day forever on film. The tranquil bushveld offers the perfect backdrop for endless photographic opportunities. The tariffs for Sundowner drinks and snacks are available on request.

The lodge offers a fully licensed bar facility. No liquor or beverages may be brought to the reception. If you have specific beverage requirements, we will try to accommodate your requests and make them available by our Cash Bar.

When you book Silver Cloud Lodge for your exclusive use, you and your guests will have sole access to the game farm and all of our facilities, without any restrictions or cut-off times for your special day.
