    DESCRIPTION

    Tintswalo Family Camp is located in the malaria-free Welgevonden Game Reserve in the Waterberg (Limpopo province). It is the ideal spot for a romantic safari honeymoon, or an intimate bush wedding, accommodating a group of between 10 and 16 guests travelling together. The reserve ranks amongst SA’s largest private game reserves and boasts a great variety of game, including the Big Five. Five freestanding luxury units are positioned on either side of the main lodge, which is comfortably furnished with spacious entertainment and lounge areas with fireplaces. The camp features a swimming pool with poolside loungers and a viewing deck overlooking the wilderness. The camp is child-friendly and is protected by electric fencing against predators and dangerous game to allow children the freedom to enjoy the outside areas.

    RECEPTION HALL

    Wedding groups of 10 to 20 people will be required to book the lodge on an exclusive use basis for a minimum of 2 nights. Intimate weddings of up to 6 people will be charged per person per night.

    Say your vows with a picturesque background of the rolling hills of Welgevonden and indulge in an authentic African dining experience in our Boma under the Milky way. For a wedding party of 6 – 20 guests at the main lodge we would require a full lodge take over.

    At The Waterhole In The Reserve
    Nothing beats an African sunset, why not make it the focal point of your special day with the possibility of some general game adding numbers to your group of guests. This can be combined with a bush dinner.

    Early Breakfast Wedding Ceremony
    Say your vows in the safety of the lodge surrounding property, and enjoy a truly authentic African breakfast in the boma or on the main deck of the lodge overlooking the valley with the music of bird sound.

    ACCOMMODATION

    Tintswalo Family Camp accommodates up to 16 guests and caters for families or executive breakaways on a private-use basis only. It is child-friendly, welcoming children of all ages. Groups are offered full exclusivity where the entire group can spend quality time together, making the safari experience more personal and memorable.
