Shokran Events Venue

Shokran can host between 20 and 150 guests

Our wedding packages include the venue hire as well as the catering so NO ADDITIONAL VENUE HIRE.

Venue hire –Exclusive use of venue & outside facilities. Only 1 wedding per day.
• Hostess present on the day of function
• Evening weddings venue only until midnight (after midnight there will be an additional charge)
• Secure parking
• Tables & chairs with wrought iron or conference chairs or low Moroccan seating
• Basic set up for the function
• Gift shelf and cake table and confetti stand
• Moroccan screen for seating plans
• Standard cream, red or black table cloths
• White napkins
• Crockery & Cutlery
• Champagne, wine & juice glasses
• Candlesticks in the main hall
• Moroccan lanterns x 30 for outside use
• Traditional Moroccan mint tea served upon arrival
• Waiters & Barmen
• Menus as per different package options

* OUR WEDDING PACKAGES REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 80 GUESTS FOR A SATURDAY NIGHT but please contact us if you have less than 80 guests for a tailor made quotation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

By booking a wedding at Shokran you agree to the following Cancellation policy.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
Bookings cancelled once deposit has been paid will forfeit their full deposit of 20%
Should the cancellation be more than 3 months prior to the function, clients will not be liable for any other payment.
Should the cancellation be within 2 months of the function date, a further 50% cancellation fee will be charged if no other function gets booked on your original date. Should we get another booking, the further 50% will not be due.
