Our meals are prepared by top flight chefs using the finest fresh ingredients to meet the individual’s needs. The options vary from classic, traditional home cooked styles to haute cuisine options.Options are between plated and buffet.

ACCOMMODATION

Memoire boast with 14 en-suite guestrooms and two executive suites. Each guestroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a small patio area overlooking our beautiful gardens for your morning coffee. Each room has an extra King size bed which can also be converted into 2 single beds. You can enjoy the luxurious feel of 300 thread-count percale linen on every bed. For your comfort, each room is fitted with a Ceiling fan for the summer and panel heaters for the winter. As all the rooms open onto the “fountain of hope” area, it is ideal for close family and friends. Ornate Mirrors and granite tops ensure the feeling of style, opulence and class.

Honeymoon suite

Our Honeymoon suite is a luxurious room with its own lounge area for the bride getting ready, a divine dressing room with ornate mirrors, a bedroom fitted for a queen, bathroom with bath and its own private garden. Price depending on the package. Our new groom suite / executive suite has a lounge for the groomsmen getting ready, beautiful bedroom with crystal chandeliers and full bathroom with bath and shower.
