DESCRIPTION
The Kings Haven Conference Venue is situated in the Free State countryside, just 9 km outside of Bloemfontein. The King’s Haven opened its doors in 2008 and is owned and managed by the King family.
We offer two wedding venues and a well equipped conference venue as well as accommodation for wedding guests, training groups, schools and sports teams.
If it is the peace and tranquility of the countryside that you are looking for then you have come to the right place. Our venue has beautifully manicured gardens and plenty of trees.

RECEPTION HALL
The King’s Haven provides a complete wedding package which includes draping, fairy lights, tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, overlays, chair tiebacks, dance floor, cutlery, crockery, tables and chairs. Our kitchens also produce all the delicious food! There are no hidden costs!
We do all the work for you from the set-up of the garden ceremony to the décor for the wedding reception.
OUR WEDDING VENUES CONSIST OF:
MAIN WEDDING VENUE HALL:
Accommodates 320 guests, with a dance floor.
SECOND WEDDING VENUE HALL:
Accommodates 130 guests, with a dance floor.
PATIO WEDDING:
Accommodates 80 guests and is suitable for morning weddings or the wedding ceremony.
GAZEBO WEDDING CEREMONY:
Garden wedding ceremony accommodates any size
ACCOMMODATION
WE CAN ACCOMMODATE GROUPS OF UP TO 130 GUESTS.
We have plenty of space for visiting sports teams to practice and for school children to run around.
We also provide all meals that are required in our dining hall. We do not offer self-catering.
OUR ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF 3 DIFFERENT OPTIONS.
6 en-suite rooms – 5 which have 2 single beds in each and a family room which has a double bed and 2 single beds.
A cottage which can accommodate 9 guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges with a fully equipped kitchen.
Dormitory accommodation which consists of a single building with 16 rooms. The rooms can sleep from 4-7 guests in each room. We have separate ladies and men’s bathrooms. We provide bedding, but no towels.
