RECEPTION HALL

GAZEBO - hire charges for your Ceremony at the Gazebo include the following:
White Ancona chairs for 100 guests with white full chair covers.
Extra chairs available at an additional charge of R7 per chair.
Our staff, on your behalf, will carry out setup of the Gazebo, including fresh Palm fronds to be placed on the Gazebo.
All decoration is for your account and must be carried out within specified timings to be pre-arranged with your
wedding coordinator or can be arranged with our resident drapist.

EVENT ROOM - hire charges include the following:
Tables (round 10 seaters), chairs, chair covers, Tablecloths, serviettes (all linen supplied in white), crockery, cutlery,
glassware (based on a basic menu - round continental pattern). All specialized crockery & cutlery are for your own
expense and to be hired in. All specialized chairs (tiffany & Wimbledon) to be hired and for your own expense. Our
staff will setup up the room and not the décor.
Decoration/Draping is for your own account and must be carried out within specified timings to be pre-arranged with
your wedding coordinator, or will be arranged with the resident drapist on your behalf. Please note that the dance
floor in the Sails Restaurant must be situated on the concrete part of the flooring and not on the wooden deck area

ACCOMMODATION

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, fans, DSTV, Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms have fridges. There are fridges available for hire, so do enquire when making your reservation. The top floor family size duplexes with their breath-taking views from the comfort of your pillow, are a good option if you have several adults sharing or have children older than 6.

Standard Rooms
There is a selection of comfortable and stylish en-suite standard rooms, all with spectacular sea views. These are our “green” rooms in that they do not have airconditioning units however the cool ocean breeze and fan is more than enough to keep you comfortable, allowing you to be lulled to sleep to the sound of the sea.
Options of standard rooms available are:

Double Twin Family room (2 adults, 2 or 3 children)
Inter-leading room – 2 en-suite rooms with adjoining, inter-leading door – some with balcony & fridge (1 queen and 2 single beds).

Duplex suites – main en-suite and 2nd bedroom or lounge and TV upstairs – some with fridges. (1 Queen downstairs, 1 or 2 or 3 beds upstairs). Ideal for kids over 6 and sharing adults.

Air-conditioned rooms
Options of comfortable and stylish air-conditioned rooms. All rooms have spectacular sea views, en-suite bathrooms, fans, air-conditioner, fridge, DSTV, WI-FI and tea/coffee making facilities. Some have balconies.
