RECEPTION HALL

Setting the scene for unforgettable celebrations, the Grand Hall is the heart of Warm Karoo. The Grand Hall has been reimagined to become Warm Karoo’s central reception area, surrounded by lush green grass and leafy trees, setting the scene for a celebration of a lifetime. High ceilings and exposed timber beams frame the generous open space, creating a canvas that can lend itself to your styling aesthetic or wedding vision. Accommodating up to 250 guests, the Grand Hall feels warm and inviting, with large stable doors that open to reveal the endless natural beauty of Warm Karoo in every season. Outside, delight your guests in between formalities with thoughtful day-to-night spaces where you can relax and celebrate together.

CHAPEL

Light-filled and surrounded by nature, the Gallery (previously The Chapel) invites intimate ceremonies, celebrations and bespoke events. The Gallery is the heart of Warm Karoo, set amongst tall trees, perfectly suited for the couple seeking a traditional yet dreamy place to say, ‘I do.’ During the day, the Gallery fills with the glow of sunlight, and come evening, the Gallery transforms into an intimate ceremony location for a romantic vow exchange. Designed with acoustics in mind, the Gallery has high floating ceilings and ample space for all events. Flanked by wide double wooden doors, the Gallery completely opens, inviting the tranquil sounds of the countryside. Following your ceremony or event, your guests can meander through the grounds to the Grand Hall or The Kitchen while soaking in the sweeping views of Warm Karoo before the festivities continue. The Gallery’s serene, light-filled space is ideal for all events, from a beautifully set lunch to baptisms, theatre, and corporate events.

ACCOMMODATION

We have seven tastefully decorated rooms, all en-suite, with air conditioning. Our rooms have an individual style, each with a Nespresso coffee machine to jumpstart the early mornings, a flat-screen tv with DSTV, and a writer's desk. A delicious breakfast is served for our overnight guests in The Kitchen, and dinner arrangements can be made on request for large groups or extended stays.
