RECEPTION HALL

Our venue is an old shed transformed and restored to an elegantly rustic taste. Handmade driftwood chandeliers lower the high ceilings and cast romantic hues against the block walls. Large wooden doors opened wide afford breathtaking views of the valley. The reception room emits character & atmosphere that will have a lasting impression on your guests.

Enjoy a drink out on the sprawling deck while the African sun sinks and disappears behind the hills. During the colder months you and your guests can gather round roaring log fires and admire the endless starry skies.

      I viewed this venue.
Pros: I liked the rustic look and the face brick. Can look very magical with fairy lights. It is very big so lots of space to work with. Also very reasonably priced. It has a forest chapel.

Cons: The garden area is quite small outside the venue and fenced in (not a big con but feels more like a house garden than a function venue). It does have a ‘plan B’ indoor chapel for if it rains but I didn’t like it much. It can be considered too big. If your wedding isn’t very big the hall may have an empty feel instead of a cosy feel.
