    Weddings
    With an exquisite chapel, hall and gardens, The Zunguness provides and all-year-round picture perfect location for weddings. From African to traditional, our staff are ready to cater for your every need. The Zunguness also offers luxury accomodation and spa treatments to guests, so the big day is convenient and relaxing.

    Outdoor Weddings
    We offer spectacular outdoor weddings with more than ample space and surroundings. Our outdoor weddings can be tailor made to suite your requirements with beautiful level grounds to accomodate tents and dance floors of most proportions. The spectacular views and green gardens make this a favourite with our guests. Please be sure when choosing this option as the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands weather, although spectacular can change very quickly.

    The Hall
    At the end of a beautiful pathway of fragrant plants and hedges sits the main hall at The Zunguness. Set in the stunning gardens of the estate, the hall welcomes guests with enough space for the whole family. Fully furnished with tables and chairs the hall comfortably seats 300 guests. With windows that look out over the picturesque landscape, the main hall is the perfect place for your reception or conference. If your party exceeds 300, The Zunguness offers the use of an on-site, leveled soccer pitch which can hold over 1000 guests under a marquee.

    CHAPEL

    The Chapel
    The Zunguness offers you the perfect setting for your traditional white wedding. Set in tranquil landscaped gardens, the elegant and modern chapel sits 200 guests for a picture perfect ceremony. If you favour a more contemporary feel, The Zunguness has numerous garden settings in which you can enjoy a ceremony with an uplifting natural backdrop. Your needs are catered for depending on both taste and weather conditions.

    ACCOMMODATION

    Rooms
    The Zunguness offers 4 fully furnished cottages, perfect for a bridal party or conference guests. These cottages are unique in that they were converted from existing structures on the farm to become elegant and comfortable suites for guests of the estate. To keep the tradition of the previous structures and to add nuance to each setting, the cottages have been named after their utilitarian use before they were transformed into the luxurious constructions of today.

    Royal Cottage
    Converted from the farm garages, this gorgeous cottage features 4 bedrooms, including baby room, all with en suite bathrooms, lounge, dining rooms and a kitchenette..

    Executive Suites
    This beautiful cottage was converted from a workshop to the sumptuous and tasteful lodging it is now. The Workshop features 3 double bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms, lounge, dining rooms and a kitchenette. The Garages and The Workshop are inter-leading and can be joined to create a 7 bedroom abode perfect for a bridal party.

    The Stable
    Converted from stables that used to house fine stock, this large cottage features 4 bedrooms with 1 en suite and 3 sharing as well as a lounge, dining rooms and a kitchenette. All the cottages open to the wonderful gardens at The Zungnuess, allowing you to renew your link with nature at every interval.
